Shipping Origins and Inventory To provide the most extensive selection of premium sheds, we utilize two main distribution hubs:
Patiowell Products: These items are stocked and dispatched from our domestic warehouse in City of Industry, California.
Keter Products: To offer the full international catalog of Keter inventory, these premium items are shipped from our specialized distribution center in the United Kingdom.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes For all Keter products shipped from our United Kingdom facility, VIP SHED acts as the importer of record. This means we pre-pay and handle all import duties, international taxes, and customs clearance fees. Our customers in the United States will never be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
Order Processing and Handling Time Every order requires a handling and preparation period of 2 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays. During this time, we verify your order, conduct quality checks, and prepare the freight packaging for secure transport. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, the estimated shipping transit time to any location within the contiguous United States is 6 to 9 business days.
Please note that the total delivery time (Handling + Transit) is estimated to be between 8 and 12 business days.
Freight Delivery and Appointments Most of our products are large, heavy items that require LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight shipping. For these deliveries, the carrier will contact you at the phone number provided during checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. Please ensure you are available to receive and sign for the shipment at the scheduled time.
Delivery Inspection Upon arrival, please inspect the exterior packaging. If you notice any significant damage to the box, please document it on the carrier’s delivery receipt. If the product is damaged or missing parts, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide immediate assistance or replacements.
